Länge von Browser-Aufnahmen ohne Kopfangabe ausmessen

WebM aus dem MediaRecorder nennt oft keine Gesamtlänge; ffprobe liest
sie dann aus dem letzten Paket. Videos ohne lesbare Länge werden als
Fehler markiert, weil sich ihr Tempo sonst nicht berechnen lässt.
