New js/utils.js exports toISO, monthPrefix, getWeekday, formatDateDE and buildNameMap. algorithm.js, calendar.js, excel.js and history.js now import these instead of re-implementing ISO construction, weekday math, DD.MM.YYYY formatting and the id→name map inline.
